DJ Nefarious (EMS DJ/Producer) and Bugout (of Granite State) drop off the new visuals to “Depth Perception” featuring Boston’s own M-Dot (who recently dropped the critically acclaimed album “Ego and the Enemy“). The song serves as the first single off their collaborative effort titled ‘BugNef’ (dropping 7/21/2017). The raw, VHS inspired display directed by Doug York focuses on a day in the life of these rap veterans and explores the struggles that indie artists deal with. No fancy cars, high priced jewelry, top shelf liquors or half naked women, just good old fashion boom bap, lyricism and raw visuals.
DJ Nefarious and Bugout (of Granite State) are two of the most distinguished artists hailing from the 603 (Nef now residing in NYC), and with their collaborative EP release ‘BugNef‘ they aggressively remind the competition of the art form of Hip-Hop.
